Role Description

• Create/maintain interface design documentation and ICDs
• Troubleshoot Production issues related interface communications (web services, extracts, etc.)
• Write detailed and actionable user stories, epics and defects
• Provide requirement and design related assistance to the development team as required
• Assist in creating testing artifacts to support functionality
• Act as primary POC for communications with interface partners
• Engage with key client stakeholders to develop strategies for personnel development

Required Skills

• 3+ years’ experience conducting requirement analysis and/or design
• Experience gathering/documenting requirements at the feature/Epic level
• Experience leading and driving design discussions with client stakeholders
• Experience designing and maintaining web services
• Excellent written + verbal communication skills
• Comfort engaging senior-level client stakeholders

Additional Skills

• Understanding of inventory of OOTB Pega workflows
• Understanding of Pega framework
• Experience with web service testing tools such as SOAPUI
