Responsibilities

Set up daily prep list by using pars & formulas put in place by management.

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures / proper place.

Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.

Ensure that the food prep area is always clean and sanitized.

Responsible for opening the line & starting the daily prep operations.

Assist during lunch rushes on the grill and deep fryer stations.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to learn how to use a cash register

Stamina to work on your feet for long periods of time
