Our client, a highly respected, New Mexico owned and operated construction business, has an immediate, fulltime opening for a Bookkeeper and Office Manager with an outstanding customer service orientation.Compensation$45,000 - 60,000 salaryPaid Time Off (1 week in year 1, 2 weeks in year 2)Health insurance stipend negotiableQuiet office environment in a professional buildingPositive company cultureResponsibilities IncludeAnswer phones and greet callers with a positive enthusiasm to build rapport and customer confidence.Full-charge bookkeeping, including invoicing, AR, AP, biweekly payroll preparation, CRS filings, and producing management reports.Manage schedules for 10-20 installation and maintenance crewmembers.Maintain maintenance, inspection, and insurance logs for company vehicles.Inventory and order building materials and other supplies.Other general office and customer service responsibilities.Preferred QualificationsFull-charge bookkeeping experience withQuickBooks Pro.Enthusiastic customer-focused service ethic.Strong data crunching skills with Microsoft Excel.Comfortable switching tasks and re-prioritizing on the fly.Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.Other DetailsSchedule:Fulltime, typically Monday thru Friday, 8:00 - 5:00Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico (southside, near Airport Road)Type of Employment: Direct HireThis position is represented by The Hire Firm, a New Mexico owned and operated recruiting and staffing company.
