Kettle Coordinator

The Cheyenne Salvation Army Volunteer and Kettle coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to contact local businesses, groups and organizations to coordinate volunteer bell ringers, as well as promote other important volunteering opportunities at The Salvation Army during the Christmas season. Once bell ringing begins in November, the Coordinator will work with volunteers and hired bell ringers to ensure all kettles are staffed at all times during the ringing season, as well as help in dropping off and picking up equipment at kettle sites around the community. The Coordinator will also be an advocate for The Salvation Army throughout the community, including speaking or setting up meetings for the Lieutenants to speak to community groups about the Army’s mission in Cheyenne. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly position.
