The Senior Staff Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the User Access Management Training and Audit program as well as driving the implementation of a centrally managed User Access Certification platform. The role will provide project management to speed up and improve the accuracy of the User Access Management process and User Access Certifications leveraging automated solutions. The role will champion the program and drive a reduction in manual processes and increase implementation of automated solutions throughout the business segment. The role will help to coordinate and conduct periodic User Access Management audits and assist in the development of remediation plans for identified findings. The role is also expected to educate the business segment on sound User Access Management practices.Responsibilities:

  • Contribute in developing an execution plan to implement sound User Access Management goals
  • Develop roadmap for business segment's implementation of a User Access Certification platform
  • Drive implementation of User Access Certification platform, including providing key stakeholders progress updates
  • Implement a program to evaluate User Access Management processes and ensure compliance with information security policies and standards
  • Provide oversight of to ensure timely completion and validation of User Access Management process findings
  • Monitor User Access Management Training program to ensure required training is completed timely. Update training materials as needed
  • Stay informed regarding User Access Management trends, directions, and technologies in the technology industry
  • Monitor industry trends and identify best practices and/or methodologies to implement in-house
Qualifications:
  • Experience with User Access Management principles and audit testing techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Information Technology Auditing for a large and complex organization
  • Solid understanding of User Access Management principles
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with an ability to develop creative alternatives to complex problems, as well as continuous improvement process skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to establish credibility and working relationships with a wide range of personnel, including operations, management, executive, and legal staff
  • Demonstrated professional written, verbal, and presentation communications skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high-performance team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working for a public company
  • Experience working in a multi-national and multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading platform implementations involving large number of teams and migration plans
  • Knowledge of security related legislation/regulations with emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), PCI, and privacy
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule and travel requirements
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
  • Security or Compliance accreditation (e.g., CISSP, GSEC, CISA, CISM)
Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information protection (information security), related IT field, or equivalent work experience is required
