Job Description

Accendi Group is seeking a

Senior Project Manager for a client in Memphis, TN.You will be responsible for planningand coordinating all aspects of internal specific projects from initiation to close. Manage 4-5 assigned projects which could be largeor more complex in design. This is a fully seasoned professionalcapable of building relationships with stakeholders and project teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide and maintainaccurate and timely project information in all project plans such as:

  • Effective project kickoff
  • Identifying stakeholders
  • Defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities
  • Maintaining effective management of multiple concurrent project assignments
  • Communication
  • Status reporting
  • Risks/Issues identification
  • Risk Analysis
  • Project tracking
  • Issue resolution

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis).
  • 5 -10 years of specific professional experience such as project managerleading cross functional/technical teams
  • Advanced knowledge of PM methodology- Agile, tools and techniques; leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Excellent written/verbal communications and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of software development life cycle and/or infrastructure project delivery.
  • Professional (PMP) Certification

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Duration: Multi-Year Contract

Pay: $80,000-$90,000

Relocation: No

Location: Memphis, TN (preferred)
