Job Description
Accendi Group is seeking a
Senior Project Manager for a client in Memphis, TN.You will be responsible for planningand coordinating all aspects of internal specific projects from initiation to close. Manage 4-5 assigned projects which could be largeor more complex in design. This is a fully seasoned professionalcapable of building relationships with stakeholders and project teams.Responsibilities:Provide and maintainaccurate and timely project information in all project plans such as:
- Effective project kickoff
- Identifying stakeholders
- Defining and clarifying project roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining effective management of multiple concurrent project assignments
- Communication
- Status reporting
- Risks/Issues identification
- Risk Analysis
- Project tracking
- Issue resolution
Qualifications
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis).
- 5 -10 years of specific professional experience such as project managerleading cross functional/technical teams
- Advanced knowledge of PM methodology- Agile, tools and techniques; leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent written/verbal communications and analytical skills.
- Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
- Must have advanced knowledge of software development life cycle and/or infrastructure project delivery.
- Professional (PMP) Certification
