- Project management of IT infrastructure and experience of differing execution methodologies such as waterfall, agile/scrum and hybrid approaches
- Good understanding and ability to work across disparate technological environments including End user technology, Server (Compute) platforms, Networking (Voice and Data), Cloud, Datacenter and applications technologies.
- Strong hands on knowledge in one or more Technology areas above is preferred
- Merger and technology integration experience
- Excellent written / reporting skills
- Ability to indirectly manage virtual team members from a diverse cultural background and locations
- Highly organized and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
- Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, MS project) skills
- Proactive, positive, strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A sound background for the adherence to business processes and procedures
- Candidates must have a good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to be flexible, work independently be self-motivated and a team player
- Project management certifications €.g. Agile certifications, MP certified (or equivalent recognized professional standard)
- Financial industry experience, preferably tier 1 Investment banking experience
