Responsibilities:

Take ownership of overseeing the Superfridge program in participating stores within an assigned territory.

Document program issues and resolutions in Company based computer system.

Coordinate repairs, unit movements, and installations with the Logistics Department.

Monitor the reporting of scheduled visits to increase billable sales.

Establish relationships with field representatives, field service companies, store management, and other team members to execute the program.

Participate in training merchandisers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Retail is preferred

1-3 years of experience in customer service and/or retail

Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Team building skills
