Maintenance and Make Ready Techs Needed!

Peachtree Apartments is currently looking for enthusiastic and hard working individuals to join our maintenance team. We are looking to fill both a make ready position and a maintenance position. Job duties are broken down for each position below.

-Make Ready-

general maintenance knowledge (i.e caulking, window and door repair, carpentry)

painting

light plumbing

electrical

daily grounds clean-up

distribution of notices to property as needed

must provide own hand tools

-Maintenance-

HVAC certification(preferred)

must be willing and available for on call emergency maintenance.

-Both positions are full-time and are eligible for health benefits and paid vacation and holidays. Please come to office for application and to discuss compensation. (Although we prefer candidates that are looking for a full-time position we are willing to discuss part-time as well without the offer of the benefits package.)
