- Build, implement, and troubleshoot information systems within the Microsoft stack of technologies, including Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk assessment, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Assists in the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new software and enhancements of existing applications.
- Provide technical support on existing and emerging technologies, plan and execute technology projects, tasks, and initiatives.
- Research and report on new technologies and how they provide value to the organization.
- Analyze system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Install and configure new hardware, storage, and software.
- Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Assist with the development of system architectures and IT project plans
- Answer technical queries and assist users.
- Conduct system performance tuning.
- Monitor and resolve hardware/software system problems.
- Install and create virtual machines and cloud instances.
- Ensure that the infrastructure is up and running, troubleshoot reported problems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 4 years of Systems Administration/Engineering experience
- Experience with one or more of the following Microsoft technologies including: Active Directory, O365, Teams, SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and Azure.
- Experience working in an Azure Cloud environment
- PowerShell scripting experience
