Creates, develops, plans, writes and edits operational, instructional, maintenance, test or user manuals for paper, multimedia or web-based publications. Contributes to the timely design, production and delivery/completion of product documentation and document sets.As a member of the technical writing division, you will write, review and produce single books or individual chapters, appendices, etc. of product user documentation and/or courseware. Obtain data and information from the appropriate source e.g. technical staff and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Arefluentin English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Arefamiliar(i.e. have had previous experience/exposure) with XML, scripting, or programming languages through your coursework, projects, internships, and/or research.

Havedemonstrated experiencewith professional writing (academic or industry) through your coursework, projects, internships, and/or research.

Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2021.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience with authoring tools, such as Arbortext Epic Editor

Intern or other industry experience with software or developer documentation

Strong attention to detail

A passion for technology and learning software products

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Eagerness to learn from and teach others

Ability to work independently
