As Project Manager - IT , your specific responsibilities will include:

Project manager for IT activities over Accounts Payable project.

Facilitate SAFe methodology ceremonies.

Plan priorities that impact multiple teams.

Manage end-to-end project delivery of multiple teams with highly complex issues, tech platforms.

Typically manage projects at the Enterprise level.

Project point of contact for communications, milestones and review briefings.

Accountable for assuring effective transition into production and meeting production acceptance readiness criteria.

Highly effective organization of meetings to ensure flow, participation, progress, proactive mitigation of risks and issues; can train others.

Develop, update and maintain project plan and other project documentation.

Manage, lead project team in, project activities including analysis, design and development, testing, training, implementation and post implementation.

Assign tasks, provide guidance, mentor project team.

Partner with assigned Scrum Lead to ensure alignment of deliverables.

Plan and direct schedules to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Partner with Scrum Lead to analyze and facilitate resolution of issues; carefully controls change.

Interact with necessary stakeholders/team members to manage project scope and identify, evaluate, communicate, escalate issues.

Communicate status of project within/across depts.

Optimize results through highly effective communications.

Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program or project strategy, direction and changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in IT Project Management.

PMP (or comparable PM experience).

10+ years’ IT experience of which is required 7+ years’ project management experience.

3 years of Scrum management experience within SAFe Methodology.

Budget management: consistently maintains and uses project budget and actuals tracking to ensure costs are maintained within the specified tolerance level,

Impact analysis: consistently able to assess impact for, with minimal supervision, each project aspect and determine if project can expand or not to address new idea.

Project planning: consistently able to independently translate functional requirements into project plans.

Project implementation: consistently able to effectively implement all project phases.

Project management fundamentals: advanced knowledge of schedule, risk management, issues management, leadership.

Documentation: consistently clear, accurate.

Communication: consistently demonstrates advanced clear, articulate, concise; verbal and written.

Organization/prioritization: consistently utilized and effective over own work.

Demonstrated effective (intermediate level) use and experience with MS Visio, Project & Excel.

Leadership skills: extensive demonstrated experience in overall lead role (senior project level, management/direction setting experience.

General knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure environment.

Demonstrated experience at maintaining forward progress despite conflicting priorities and competition for resources.

The typical pay rate for this position is $50.48/hour to $76.44/hour. The rate is negotiable depending upon experience and location.Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
