Job DescriptionOracle Security and Controls practice in Oracle consulting team is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and the Risk Management Cloud (RMC) products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants who have in-depth Oracle ERP cloud security and Risk Management Cloud knowledge.Work as a team lead to successfully implement security and the risk management products across Oracle cloud ERP. The ideal candidate would mentor and train new analysts, supervise security and RMC implementations, identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, come up with innovative solutions to handle customer requirements and ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule.Responsibilities

Hire and mentor junior consultants on ERP Security and Risk Management Cloud

Set up direct report's goals and performance, KPIs, and perform appraisals

Critically evaluate information pulled from multiple sources, find mutually acceptable solutions, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc)

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create standard methodology library, and repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable

Strong analytical skills are required, including a detailed understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group, of executives, managers, and domain experts.

Qualifications:

3 years of team leadership

At least 5 years of RMC implementation experience and detailed understanding of ERP and HCM security.

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.

May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Colorado Pay Range: from $123,900 to $256,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.New York City Pay Range: from $127,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.Washington Pay Range: from $142,600 to $271,100 per annum. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
