As a Field Services Agent, you enable solar installations to move forward quickly and cost-effectively on homes with roof and other installation-blocking issues. You report to the Field Services Manager and collaborate with other Field Services employees as well as employees in Channel Success and Scheduling. You also interact with our roofing and retrofit subcontractors in the field. Your primary responsibility is to expertly and productively work the Field Services support case queues to advance customers towards the benefits of solar installation. You also work to improve how the Field Services Agent role carries out its assignments.

Key Responsibilities

· Work productively in our Salesforce-based information systems to process Field Service cases within defined service level agreements (SLAs) of time-to-process and quality

· Work independently under the direction of the Field Services Manager to complete and advance cases

· Coordinate case work across departments including Channel Success and Scheduling

· Coordinate and advance work performed by Subcontractors

· Identify problems with the flow of specific cases or their information and develop and implement appropriate solutions

· Enter complete, accurate and timely records of case actions and decisions

Qualifications

· Strong computer skills

· Ability to work productively in our Salesforce/CRM systems

· History of taking initiative to solve problems and create solutions

· Excellent verbal/written/listening communication skills

· Detail oriented and organized

· Problem solving skills

· Dynamic and adaptable to variation and change

· Full-time availability

· Previous solar experience is a plus

· High school degree or equivalent required
