The Maintenance Inventory Specialist will support parts inventory and related records in compliance system (Flightdocs), ensure availability of critical parts and supplies, and assist with aircraft and camera system maintenance tasks and reports to the Lead A&P mechanic.

Primary Responsibilities:Commitment to safety and compliance with Eagleview safe work practices.

Coordinate Inventory of Aztec spare parts; organize storage areas, strip/salvage parts from parts aircraft

Maintain inventory records in Flightdocs

Work with parts and inventory personnel at other Eagleview hangars to efficiently manage parts inventory across locations

Inspect salvage parts for obvious discrepancies

Set re-order trigger points for SMx related parts

Order parts and hangar supply commodities as needed for use by A&P mechanics with daily work.

Coordinate shipping and receiving at the hangar.

Provide flexible resource to on-site A&P and Eagleview technicians on an as needed basis

Assist with reconciliation of credit card purchases and submission of reports

Assist with billing and payment processes

Additional analysis duties related to inventory metrics

Other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Strong written and verbal communications skills

Strong technical and analytical skills

Aviation related training / interest

Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assemblies

Ability to lift 50 pounds or less

Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly

Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient

Preferred: Associate of science degree or greater educational achievement
