Collection of receivables overdue by customers via phone or email
Identify and resolve disputed / billing related issues
Monitor & communicate credit & payment concerns to management
Submit customer refund requests, prepare, and review account adjustments, resolve customer discrepancies and short/over payments
Review daily orders held for credit review to determine if the order should be released, to ensure credit is not exceeded or that the customer has a past due balance
What you bring to the table :
Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
Attention to detail with impeccable follow through
Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
Ability to get tasks accomplished in an efficient and timely manner
Qualifications :What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
2+ years of B2B collections, accounts receivables & credit experience required
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
