Job Description
- Fielding incoming unemployment calls for new applications and inquiries, collecting their information in a state application via an NYS VMWare app, and sending it along for processing
- The client will provide 6 hours of training (Includes 1.5 hours of video conference training)
- The client will provide a laptop
- Resources must follow a Mon-Fri schedule from 7:30 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST
Qualifications
- Good communication
- Basic Computer skill
- Good to have PCR extension Call Center experience
