Dishwashers are responsible for the cleanliness of all tableware, kitchenware, and facilities involved in the food service operation. Ensuring that china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and food storage containers are cleaned, sanitized and stored according to departmental standards. Dishwashers are responsible for following departmental procedures for the removal of waste, refuse and recycling as well as completing daily facility cleaning check list.
