We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to process enrollment transactions, including entering new member benefit selections and disenrolling members from the system, and processing member benefit changes while applying eligibility rules & requirements. Full-time virtual, telecommuting, work from home environment
Consistent but flexible scheduling - individuals can choose their own 8-hour shift anytime between 8 am-5 pm, Monday - Friday
Process enrollment transactions, including entering new member benefit selections and disenrolling members from the system, and processing member benefit changes or eligibility requirements
Process, review and compare electronic and roster files, investigate and update other insurance, and process other enrollment-related reports
Work closely with members, group contacts, agents and regulatory agencies to answer enrollment-related and eligibility inquiries and ensure all enrollment regulations and requirements are met
Identify and resolve issues, including reconciling any eligibility discrepancies
Understand and remain knowledgeable of all enrollment regulations, including but not limited to: effective dates, termination dates and other eligibility-related regulations and requirements
Fundamental knowledge of health insurance practices, regulations, procedures and/or medical terminology
Previous computer experience and proficiency with web-based computer applications and Microsoft programs.
Health insurance experience is preferred
Experience working with Epic applications is preferred
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Access to a stable, high-speed, non-satellite Internet connection

Ability to commute to one of our offices in Madison, WI, Sauk City, WI or Onalaska, WI at least 1-2 times per month is required. Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
