This Contract Administrator job is long-term temporary and based in Shelby Twp, Michigan.ResponsibilitiesCarry out company contract execution policy and procedures

Pull reports from the contracts database on an as-needed basis

Field contracts database and keep it in good condition

Assist in promoting and tracking the approval and execution process

Examine contracts to ensure completeness

Negotiate terms of agreements for contracts

Administer contract execution processes

Field both internal and external requests for status of contracts

Enter contract details into company database

Guide the full life cycle of company contracts, from first request to final signature and contract distribution

Produce a wide range of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals

Contract Negotiations experience

Command of Contract Management

Experience with Contract Types

Contract Renewals experience

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

Relevant experience in the specific field or related area

Proficiency with diverse computer applications

Requisite organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
