you play?International Controller will work closely with the Corporate
Controller, CFO and International Managing Directors and Controllers in
supporting the global finance and controller-ship functions across
Diversified operations.What will you be doing?Responsible for the
international close processes, maintains close calendars and all related
close procedures and controls.Ensures integrity of foreign currency
translation and re-measurement accounting, constant currency
calculations, and related reporting and analysis.Reconcile Balance Sheet
accounts according to prescribed frequency to ensure balances are
properly supported and explained by independently collaborating with key
stakeholders to resolve any reconciliation issues in a timely
manner.Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of the
accounting for financial statements for reporting in accordance with
accounting policies, GAAP, IFRS and other statutory and taxation
reporting guidelines.Drives continuous improvement initiatives to
improve transparency, timeliness, accuracy, and other key aspects
resulting from the Company's close & consolidations processes and
related outputs.Build and enhance a strong team that provides proactive
support and results-driven execution of responsibilities to meet the
current and future needs of the business.Support special projects,
including ERP implementations and process standardization
projects.Support external audit efforts between the accounting team and
the external audit firm responds to audit requests in a timely
mannerEnsure compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Ensures
timely preparation of all related tax filings and monitoring tax
payments.Work closely with Corporate Controller to establish, implement,
manage, and monitor critical accounting and reporting policies,
processes and associated metrics.Develop and maintain effective working
relationships with stakeholders at operating locations, and key
corporate customers, ensuring they understand and value the services
provided by the Accounting team and respond to feedback regarding
opportunities for improvement.Work closely with the Director of FP&A,
International, in the preparation of budget and forecast updates,
mid-year reviews, etc.Work closely with Director of Treasury on global
cash and debt management, settlement of inter-company balances,
etc.Collaborate with Finance Operations for accounts receivable and
accounts payable metrics and issues.Assist the CFO in effective
management of working capital levels for the global business
units.Ensure that capital expenditures are meeting the approved criteria
(ROI, approved spend limits, etc.).Perform related duties and
responsibilities as assigned/requested.Manage and coach employees to
increase engagement and strengthen professional development. Continually
