Day to Day:
- Support risk/controls workstreams
- Write epic stories with risk and compliance requirements
- Work with the team and identify potential risk/controls/audit
- Will be setting up a testing process
- Drive work and coordination at the executive level
- Understand the impact of their work to drive change to deliver solutions
- 5+ years of IT Project Management Experience within Risk / Controls / Compliance and Audit
- Banking Experience within Compliance / Risk / Controls / Audit
- Change management experience
- Preferably around 3 years of experience
- Reporting experience at the executive level
- Cultural: Naturally driven, able to work in a fast paced environment, eager to learn, strong communication skills, personable
- Commercial banking experience
- Commercial lending experience
- Credit / lending experience
