Consultant Business Analyst- PC Lifecycle Process TeamCharlotte, North CarolinaJob Description: LOB Job Description: This role is responsible for capturing and refining business and/or system requirements (based on specialization). Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. They possess a foundational understanding of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization.This role will be responsible for Device Lifecycle (BART) Business Analyst focus: BART E2E workflow process (assess, schedule, group, order, track complete, disposal, reporting) HW Ordering process/ functions/ UI definition Extended Build Queues (HPIC | SHI | Future state – Depot solution) HVD Refresh SME (BART <> R2 integration) – workflow BART system support (primary) BART ARM Queue administration and general mgmt CDUF Program: e-invoicing application (MARGE) test lead (tools team)Required Skills: 5+ years of experience with Process Design, gathering and analyzing user requirements, developing functional and operational specifications using professional techniques and automated tools. The Process Design role will contribute and have input to the process definition, requirements gathering, documentation, system development, quality assurance, testing, deployment and support within the system framework enabling key business capabilities. Requires a strong skill set around general business emphasis of traditional process design, documentation, project management with a working knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. The role will directly interface with system stakeholders, end users and developers. Skills desired also include strong process design, documentation, systems such as JIRA and Remedy, and communication and presentation skills, along with a general technical knowledge of the system architectureDesired Skills: Business Analysis
