Overview
Perform a variety of inbound and outbound service follow-up calls to and from seniors and families, on behalf of senior care providers, utilizing a software system to guide and document each call.
This is a work at home position, must be available to attend training and meetings in Frankenmuth, MI
Responsibilities
Display professional telephone etiquette and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances
Keep a professional work environment for meeting standards of professionalism free of distraction and noise
Make outbound and receive inbound calls
Document all required call information in software
Meet call volume and quality parameters in accordance with internal guidelines
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
General working knowledge of PC, internet operation, email and chat technologies
Appropriate home equipment, which meets all current AES requirements (i.e. Landline Phone, Broadband PC with internet with compatibility with minimum specifications, etc.
