$900/mo PT Management Team Wanted for Small Mobile Home Community

A part-time managing couple is being sought for a small, neighborhood manufactured home community in Snohomish County. In exchange for managerial duties, a monthly $900 stipend and a nicely renovated 2bed/1bath home with office will be provided (rental value $1000). Retirement and medical coverage are not included. Bonuses based upon occupancy are available. The position is ideal for a retired couple or couple working from home.

Applicants should have good people and organizational skills; be computer, email, and Microsoft software literate; in adequate health so as to maintain landscaping; capable of addressing routine maintenance/minor repairs; and be responsible for arranging/overseeing service vendors. A truck is handy. One, well-mannered pet - 25lbs or under - is welcome.

The position is, on average, 15 hours/week i.e. busier in the summer growing season and at the beginning of each month to post rent and issue invoices. Requires two set office hours per week, however, a strong on-site presence is achieved by living in the community, walking the park daily, and the use of a smart phone to respond to calls, emails, and texts.
