FINANCE TAX REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the
organization's tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of
federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax
liabilities and optimize tax savings while maintaining compliance with
applicable tax laws and regulations. Monitor and analyze changes in
tax legislation and regulations, providing guidance on the potential
impact on the organization and recommending appropriate actions.
Coordinate and manage tax audits and examinations, liaising with tax
authorities as necessary to resolve disputes or clarify issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and
Human Resources, to ensure the organization's tax obligations are met
and properly reflected in financial statements. Provide tax support
and advice to business units and management on various tax-related
matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, and
international tax issues. Manage and develop a team of tax
professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to support
their growth and development. Continuously improve tax processes,
systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.Qualifications & Preferences:Required: Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5
years of progressive experience in tax, with at least 3 years in a
management or supervisory role. Comprehensive knowledge of federal,
state, and local tax laws and regulations. Strong understanding of tax
compliance processes, tax accounting, and financial reporting
requirements. Proven experience in managing tax audits and
examinations, as well as resolving tax disputes. Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with
cross-functional teams and communicate complex tax matters to non-tax
professionals. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a
high-performing team. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office
applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred:
Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred. CPA or
other relevant professional certification is highly desirable. Travel
Requirement: Domestic / International travel required.Compensation &
