Housing Specialist/Inspector

Work in fast paced office environment. Qualify families for government subsidized housing program. Conduct in-home and virtual inspections. Must have ability to understand and interpret highly technical material. Must be able to perform simple mathematical functions with high degree of accuracy. Communicate effectively in oral and written form. Operate all types of office equipment. Must have ability to adapt to constantly changing regulations. Must have computer experience and be efficient at learning new software systems. Multi-lingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required. Must have own vehicle for work purposes. Must have the ability to work from home , if required. Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please submit resume and references, via email.
