Farmers Insurance Professional

Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a highly organized, detail oriented individual for a full-time insurance service role that will perform a variety of duties. This position involves creating a seamless customer experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and servicing new and existing policies.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships

Manage new and renewal Farmers policies including collecting customer information, quoting and working with underwriters, preparing proposals and issuing policies and endorsements.

Engage with customers to resolve issues and service existing policies

Analyze and recommend appropriate coverage for clients

Develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage and rating

Qualifications

Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred

High school diploma required, AA/BA preferred or equivalent work experience

Proficient MS office skills

Highly organized with ability to set priorities and manage workflow

Compelling and charismatic communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Salary is experience dependent.
