Outside Plant Construction Manager

Our Company manages Large Telecommunication Builds. Our clients appreciate our attention to detail and our commitment to communication and escalation of the issues. We're looking for a Construction Project Manager with similar values and beliefs who can translate his or her expertise and skills to our initiatives. Experience with both new utility construction and Fiber Optic Knowledge will make you an excellent fit for our team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at once and communicating directly with our senior management team.

Responsibilities:

Manage Utility Construction for a Large Fiber to the Home Build

Create schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed

Manage the budgets for each project, including materials and labor

Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met

Ensure safety guidelines and National Electric Safety Codes are followed on all job sites

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent job experience

3+ years' experience in Utility, Telecom or Highway Construction Management

Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in quality control

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
