Assistant Manager

Apartment community in Beckley/Raleigh County needs fulls time individual to assist in all phases of operation. Primary responsibilities include processing and screening applicants, processing certifications/recertifications, new move-ins, marketing and resident relations. Individual must be detail oriented. Min 3 years working with HUD Section 8 Program. Benefits available. Salary negotiable.
