Ask for our benefits guide for full details.Job Summary: Collaborates with both internal and external customers to streamline data transfer, reporting, and processing for Wealth & Retirement systems. Responsible for testing, installing, implementing, troubleshooting, and providing support for INTRUST Retirement systems and sub-systems. Demonstrates expertise in system knowledge and integration, effectively coordinating activities and projects within the business unit. Supports INTRUST Retirement Plan Administration projects and ensures business unit and vendor resources are utilized efficiently. Monitors recordkeeping systems and workflows daily for completeness and accuracy. Prepares comprehensive project and workflow status reports for Senior Management. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. Collaborate directly with Retirement clients to effectively implement and support payroll processing. Monitor, administer, and maintain various industry specific systems and software. Create and maintain solutions for input and reporting from industry specific systems. Offer comprehensive system and subsystem support to INTRUST Retirement personnel. Assist and oversee department procedure maintenance and development. Facilitate projects; identify project challenges; create and monitor timeline, assigned responsibilities, and milestones for project and workflow completion; and report to Senior Management. Manage general office operations, actively seeking opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Recommend and implement approved solutions to enhance overall performance.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, Information Systems or Computer Science degree preferred. Required Skills and Knowledge: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, the ability to follow through and complete assignments in a timely manner. Attention to detail and the ability to interact with different personalities required. A team player with a positive attitude required. A degree of creativity and latitude required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word required. Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Intelligence applications a plus.Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None.Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking.
