We are currently looking to add our team with an exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at Insurance Advisors , an Acrisure Agency Partner.

This position will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to clients and coworkers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Data Entry in the agency management system

Receive, review and document correspondence (phone, email, mail, fax, etc.) in agency management system, according to agency guidelines

Review renewal lists on a daily basis and take appropriate action

Scanning, processing, and attaching documents in agency management system

Answer phones, and direct calls to appropriate contact.

Service existing clients with their insurance policies.

Education and / or Experience :

High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required

P&C insurance license, preferred, but can be obtained at later date

Minimum of one year work experience in a professional office setting, required

Technology Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members

Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment by consistently demonstrating teamwork, high motivation, positive behavior and effort to achieve goals and objectives

Self-motivated and driven

Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines

Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance

Demonstrates excellent time management and prioritization skills

Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy

The ability to multi task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information

Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
