Senior Accountant

Description Our client, a hospitality group, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team in NYC. By joining the team as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for taking part in full cycle general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support informed decision-making. In addition, you will be tasked with performing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lastly, as the Senior Accountant, you will measure the efficiencies of existing procedures, while identifying areas of improvement to streamline the functionality of the accounting process.
