Job DetailsJob Description:Seeking a Senior Systems Support Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and leadership experience. They will be responsible for DHCP Redundance, DNS, Active Directory, and Patch Management. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working with data centers.Responsibilities:Design, implement and maintain DHCP Redundance, DNS, Active Directory, and Patch Management solutions.Lead a team to ensure systems are running efficiently.Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve issues.Work with data center teams to maintain and upgrade systems.Provide technical expertise to the team and other departments.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in Systems Support, with experience in DHCP Redundance, DNS, Active Directory, and Patch Management.Leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead a team.Experience with Data Centers.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.If you have a passion for technology, a desire to work with a global team, and the skills and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
