Job Description: To apply please email your resume to Title: Training SpecialistLocation: Fort Worth, TX (North Fort WorthContract: 1 yearJob #1349702 To apply please email your resume to Responsibilities:• Collaborate with members of the Credit Operations and Human Resources team to refresh, design, develop, and implement custom learning programs as assigned and prioritized by department leadership.• Assess needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, consultation, etc. with employees, managers or instructors. • Design and develop content, instructional methods, and materials based on research and evaluation processes. Create custom resources including classroom training, and workshops that create personal, flexible, and sustainable learning experiences.• Participate on assigned department projects including budgeting, project planning, and coordination with project team and communication with department/project leadership.• Manage Credit Operations specific programs. Provide guidance and consultation to employees and management regarding these Credit Operations programs.• Facilitate and maintain ongoing training and support for Credit Operations Programs, and other ongoing programs.• Provide administrative support as needed for HR development offerings.• Responsible for organizing and maintaining a training platform.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
