Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for removing guts from hog and placing in pans, while also adhering to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Must also be able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Responsible for setting up work area with all needed equipment. Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead Person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting. Must be able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit temperature for minimum of 8 hours.Internal: Must not have more than 5 attendance occurrences. Must not have a disciplinary suspension on file in the past 6 months. Must be in your current position for a minimum of six (6) months unless this job is a higher class than you currently hold.External: Must have at least 3 months previous manufacturing work experience with a single employer within the last 12 months.
