Title: Lead Information Assurance/Cyber Security Program Manager Location: Joint Base San Antonio, TX Duration: 2-3-year contract Positions: One Start Date: June/July Clearance: Minimum Top Secret, preferred TS/SCI Salary: Please let us know your salary requirement Certification: DoDD 8570.01-M and 8140 approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification, with preferred Security+ CE certificate Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (CCSD), also known as AFLCMC/HNC or HNC, is a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity operating from a single geographic location, at Joint Base San Antonio, which provides life-cycle management for Information Assurance (IA) and other critical systems. HNC's primary mission is Cyberspace Support; specifically responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cyber security systems and products that provide mission assurance by ensuring war fighter access to information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also sustains other critical AF and Department of Defense (DoD) national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations. In addition, CCSD provides services to support war fighter requirements associated with Global Strike Force and Homeland Defense.

Position: Lead Information Assurance/Cyber Security Program Manager. The Lead Information Assurance/Security Program Manager shall oversee and properly manage the day-to-day functions of the Cybersecurity Office in accordance with DoD, Air Force, and Local Operating Policies and Instructions. Since AFLCMC/HNC is a tenant component of JBSA Lackland, the Cybersecurity Office is required to coordinate AFLCMC/HNC Cybersecurity actions with the Wing Cybersecurity Office and supporting agencies as appropriate. The Lead Information Assurance/Security Program Manager shall ensure proper reporting to both the Wing Cybersecurity Office and the AFLCMC/HNC CSO and Government ISSM to ensure compliance of all systems maintained or supported by AFLCMC/ HNC- TO. The Lead Task Order Information Assurance/Security Program Manager will be assigned as either the Primary or Alternate Organization Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Cyber Security Liaison (CSL); therefore, requires certification compliance outlined in DoD 8140.01 Cyberspace Workforce Management and DoD 8570.01-M (or most recent policy) defined baseline IAM Level II, with an ISC2 CISSP validated certification. The Lead Information Assurance/Security Program Manager shall ensure that AFLCMC/HNC networked systems, RDT&E, and standalone systems and programs comply with AFI 17-101 and appropriate local Operating Instructions. Government ISSM to ensure compliance of all systems maintained or supported by AFLCMC/ HNC- TO.
