• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Middleware products, specifically Biztalk
• In addition, the candidate must have experience in a customer facing role, helping customers design and create their solutions
• Also must be able to mentor and lead more junior members of the team
• 7+ years of related, hands on IT experience with BizTalk developing applications for connecting internal and external systems
• 5+ years in VB.NET/C#, .NET, and in XML
• 5+ years of experience specifically designing and administrating BizTalk applications
