100% Remote - will report to leadership in ColoradoOur client needs a Project Manager to guide the successful delivery of initiatives across all phases of the project management life cycle. You will apply your leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure sourcing and procurement projects are managed according to established scope, budget, and timeline. PMP is required.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $50 - $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities of the Project Manager:- Lead strategic procurement projects and ensure projects deliver on commitments
- Define, plan, and direct the establishment and execution of projects
- Balance the competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk
- Plan, organize, lead, and monitor project team activities
- Provide project risk analysis and mitigation planning
- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field and 7+ years of directly related experience
- Fluency in core project management fundamentals
- Thorough understanding of PM techniques and methods
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of business processes, business data, and related KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of collaboration tools
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels
- PMP certification
