Assistant Guest Services Manager

The Holiday Inn has a year-round Assistant Guest Service Manager at the front desk. This is an exciting position that provides an excellent customer services experience to our guests and everyone that walks through the Holiday Inn Cody door.

Our Assistant Guest Service Manager is a team leader at the front desk. This position requires checking our guests in and out of the hotel, helping them with their travel questions and needs. The hotel has an extensive motor coach business that requires detailed handling of those accounts in conjunction with the Guest Service Manager and the Sales team. This position is the front desk manager on duty in the absence of the Guest Services Manager.

Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Attention to detail is key in this position. Previous hotel experience a plus.

Required to work evening shifts, weekends and some holidays. Scheduled hours will vary.

This position offers a wage of $18 per hour, uniforms, medical, dental, vision benefits and hotel employee discounts.
