These factors have combined to make Honeywell a great place to work.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Innovate, transform, and digitalize how the internal Digital IT organization operates and delivers value to the organization through automation, AI/ML, operating model/organizational design, process improvement and much more. Your aim, quite simply, is to Digitalize Honeywell IT! Develop and implement effective adoption strategies, plans, and processes to ensure Honeywell Digital IT transformation programs realize and accelerate time to value by increasing customers, employees, and ecosystem partners adoption. Own and refine our ‘Double V’ Business Readiness and Value Realization framework. Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to identify and prioritize digitalization and adoption requests, assess the impact of proposed requests, and determine the appropriate delivery approach. Coach IT Towers, CIOs, business leaders and teammates on adoption management approaches and help them fulfill the role of adoption sponsors/agents. Work closely with IT staff to ensure the timely and effective implementation of digitalization and adoption plans and processes. Develop and deliver adoption training and communication materials to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of changes and their impact on the organization. Establish and maintain digitalization and adoption metrics to track the effectiveness of change management processes and identify areas for improvement. Facilitate digitalization and adoption meetings and discussions to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of digitalization and adoption processes and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and change management to incorporate them into the organization's processes. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Organizational Design, Business, or related field. +10 years of relatable experience. 7 years experience leading digital transformation and adoption for Digital IT enterprise-level portfolios. Change management certification (i.e., Prosci), preferred WE VALUE Transformation & Adoption Proven record coaching stakeholders at all levels through strategic initiatives from project kick-off to value realization. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transformational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
