Title: Manager, National AccountsLocation: Remote - Travel 25% - 40% annually Ready to make a difference? We are currently seeking a Manager, National Accounts for our Commercial Energy business. In this position, you will join a seasoned team in a commercially-focused business area. In this role you will manage our National Accounts Team and will be responsible for growing the work we do with National Accounts. We are seeking an experienced business professional to support our growth across North America. This role involves direct interaction and outreach with industry partners to support the delivery of ICF’s energy programs for utilities, including energy efficiency, distributed energy resources, decarbonization and beneficial electrification.Ideal candidates will have interest, knowledge and/or experience working in a consulting environment. You should have a combination of interpersonal and analytical skills that will make you a critical member of our team from the day you arrive. Daily interactions with senior staff will require a candidate with a professional demeanor, in person, on the phone, and in written correspondence. What you will be doing:

Develop innovative and cost effective sector-based outreach strategies and communication plans that are focused on the development and maintenance of relationships with National Accounts, third party rebate administrators, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, etc.

Recruit and manage National Accounts for engagement in utility energy programs

Produce reports and presentations for internal teams and their clients on industry trends and updates

Provide support in the design and development of marketing, sales and implementation materials. This will include but not be limited to: offering collateral, proposal content, and key stakeholder training materials

Attend and present at conferences, and prepare overviews of conferences attended, contacts and important details

Identify and recommend emerging relevant technologies or processes that may result in improvements to current processes and systems, including development and maintenance of project and business records

Develop and manage budgets, and report out to program managers on costs, savings and results related to outreach efforts

Participate in special projects, as required

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability or related disciplines

5+ years of work experience related to supporting National Accounts, Business Development, Sales and/or Outreach OR

9+ years work experience related to National Accounts, Business Development, Sales and/or Outreach

What we would like you to have:

Sector expertise in one of the following: Foodservice, Retail, Hotels, Groceries, Federal, Pharmacies, Logistics or other related National Account sectors

Energy Efficiency experience

Prior project management experience

Comfortable presenting to large groups

Understanding of business models for National Account entities

Ability to establish influential partnerships at all levels

Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and assess competition

Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a challenging, fast paced team environment while also able to work well autonomously with minimal direction

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Word)

Experience with MS Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce CRM
