The Wind River Realty team is expanding, and we’re looking for a well-qualified, hard-working office manager to help us continue moving our business forward.

As the office manager, you'll be the master of multitasking. Your primary responsibilities will include answering a bazillion phone calls (okay, maybe not that many, but close), and greeting clients like they're your long-lost BFFs. You'll also be a word processing wizard, handle cash like a boss, and keep all our files neatly organized.

But wait, there's more! Your specific duties will include (but not be limited to) knowing everything there is to know about the rental application process, typing, proofreading, drafting memos and making your coworkers look like geniuses. You'll even assist real estate agents with listing and marketing properties and plan social functions (because you're not just an office manager, you're an event planner too!).

And let's not forget about the important stuff, like keeping the office stocked with supplies, handling the copier and fax machine (because we're still living in the 90s apparently), and sorting and distributing mail like a champ. Plus, you'll need to keep track of all the available listings and prepare paperwork for lease signings.

Here’s a more detailed list of some of the responsibilities related to this position:

  • Open the office each weekday morning
  • Check the office mailbox and process email as necessary (e.g., send out rental lists, forward to the appropriate agent, etc.)
  • Check the client management program for tasks (e.g., send out postcards, update listings, check for expiration dates, send out anniversary cards, etc.)
  • Update agents and CRM programs regarding showings, inspections, appraisals, etc.
  • Process listings and closing as directed in the office manual
  • Implement data records and make sure everything is being documented when and where it is supposed to be
  • Process earnest money and a keep log
  • Track agent commissions
  • Any other tasks assigned to you

Basically, as the office manager, you'll be a superhero, juggling a million and one things at once, but always with a smile on your face.

Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, legible handwriting, and proficiency in general computer skills with knowledge of Google Suite. The ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced office environment is a must. Punctuality is also a must!

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Pay is dependent on experience.
