Regional Property Manager Needed

We are looking for a Regional Manager to perform basic management and oversight at several of our mobile home parks in the Oxford, Alabama area.

Your responsibilities would include:

-Answering prospective tenant phone calls

-Showing vacant units

-Filing weekly reports

-Collecting and depositing rent

-Posting tenant-related notices

-Scheduling service calls

The ability to use a smartphone or computer to send reports and pictures is required.

Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
