OLT is privately held and one of the top 100 US third-party logistics companies with operations across the US, Europe and Asia. Answer multi-phone line system and direct inquiries to personnel or department requested.

Interact with both internal and external customers

Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data

Communicate effectively as the job primarily involves liaising with clients, carriers and other operational departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HS Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education

1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in transportation or freight forwarding

Strong attention to detail

Ability to type (35) words per minute.

Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

Willing and able to work with all personality types, with a professional, helpful manner

Ability and desire to perform well in a fast-paced, fluid environment where tasks change quickly

Adapt to new processes quickly and streamline current processes as necessary

Analytical ability is desired

Former customer service experience in a freight forwarding / LTL business is highly desirable

Must be able to pass Pre-Employment drug screening and background checkCommunication Skills:

Employee must have the ability to read, and write the English language

Have the ability to effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from management, customers and the general public

Must be able to communicate with a positive team mentality at all times, both written and verbalReasoning Abilities:

Employee must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations professionally
