We are looking for a project manager to drive and drop off kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to various locations along the Colorado River. These locations will be from Bullhead City and Laughlin all the way up to the Willow Beach.

This is not a fitness job but will require some level of activity to load and unload paddle crafts. Below is the tour guide feature. We are looking for people with kayak guiding experience to meet big groups doing overnight trips all along the river.

A high level of customer service, and program management skills are critical for this position. There will be an ability to grow and an ability to expand in the future. We are looking for someone who fits eye to eye with our company culture. Someone who would make an exemplary tour guide but also have the ability to learn and grow to learn all the ins and outs of this dynamic position. We are looking for an individual who has a relevant and applicable bachelor's degree for this position.

Position Overview:

We're on an adventure to find the next great member of our team.

This position is responsible for leading guests on Adventure Child Tours from the Hoover Dam's base to Willow Beach. We may also include hikes and trips down the Colorado River all the way to Bullhead City, AZ.

The position includes coordinating tour arrangements, planning travel itineraries, adapting and creating alterations to itineraries, travel routes, park permit requirements, pick up and delivery of complementary items provided for the guest, etc. and other duties may be assigned. As an Adventure

Child Tour Guide, you will be responsible for providing an extraordinary experience for each of our guests, safely and harmlessly at all times.

Responsibilities & Principle Duties

Coordinate and manage adventure tour arrangements with guest within company guidelines and standards for excellent customer service.

Plan itineraries in accordance with the weather forecasts and the length of each tour.

Greet and welcome guests to the tour and inform them about the currently scheduled adventure itinerary.

Gather and maintain the requisite equipment for each tour.

Familiarize yourself and the guest with the environment in which you will be exploring on tour.

Ensure guests stay hydrated and encourage them to apply sunscreen regularly.

Guide guests through informative storytelling from the beginning while stopping to see secret and secluded wonderful places along the way.

Perform other job-related duties as requested.

We are looking for someone who loves the great outdoors and appreciates the sacred nature of the river. All of our tour guides will need to possess great adaptability skills. We are looking for an individual who is happy and motivated to pick up, drop off, pick up kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards to our guests who choose to rent for the day.

This is a very multi-faceted job, and we are looking for someone to be a great tour guide, while also being willing to do whatever it takes to help the company and drop off and pick up for rentals.
