Job Description

We are looking to hire a Service Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Service Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing day-to-date marketing and administrative support for the Campaign Management Team. Help the team plan the collection of campaigns that drive revenue growth, article submissions, customer retention, and usage growth. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, have excellent computer skills, and a positive attitude.

Salary range: $42000 - $52000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and execute consumer experiential events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to drive trial and reinforce the brand positioning.

  • Write creative briefs for content creation for social and digital campaigns in alignment with brand strategy.

  • Prepare program and project-related documents such as meeting reports, meeting agendas, and other partner communications and correspondence as necessary.

  • Create campaign timelines and manage milestones to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Participate in collaborative team projects to help grow and build the program community.

  • Perform other duties assigned as is deemed necessary to meet company needs.

  • Produce marketing, web, or email campaign reports.

  • Assist in researching and coordinating digital and local campaigns as well as maintaining media plans and budgets.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, healthy relationships with both clients and internal team members.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of related experience (preferably in an agency setting)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

  • Basic knowledge of email Marketing platforms and WordPress a plus.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Strong copy-writing skills and correct English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.

  • Motivated, goal-oriented attitude and able to excel with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to organize, multi‐task, work independently on several projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new platforms.
