Under close supervision, this position will support external/internal clients and customers by directing phone calls, routing complaints, and providing first in class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as face of J.B. Hunt by answering and directing incoming and/or outgoing phone calls.

Research and report on client complaints, route client complaints, and ensure that client is addressed in a timely manner.

Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities focused on enhancing skills and abilities to grow within the industry .

Additional projects/tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with up to 1 year customer service-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree in progress with up to 1 year of customer service experience

Ability to work both individually and as a team

Basic deductive reasoning skills

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of J.B. Hunt

Proficient Computer Skills including Microsoft applications

Telecommunication manners, patience, customer service
