Arcana Restaurant is seeking FOH support all-star to join our team

It's an exciting time for our team at Arcana Restaurant, through the difficulties of these times we have had the benefit of a strong community following by continually sharing our creative process with all of our guests and being thoughtful while creative in our approach. Since last month, we have been doing rotating pop-up dinner themes, recently having finished our "Mexico" menu, and now just starting our "Japan" menu. This leads to a more rewarding work experience and fresh experiences for our guests making for an all around fun work environment. The position we are currently hiring for at Arcana is a unique one that will be contributing in a big way to our front of house team. This position is geared towards being an important support role for service, with main areas of focus on expediting, floor support, and bar support as well. Basically, a service Swiss army knife!

Arcana uses a full-house tip-pool labor model. We guarantee a minimum of $18/hr and a maximum earning potential of $35/hr depending on each day's sales. Average hourly rates are in the mid $20's to low $30's daily. Both our kitchen team and our dining room team have the same earning potential based on performance and longevity, creating a strong feeling of team and a restaurant built for the future.
