Busy Vail Village Restaurant Hiring Assistant Manager

Who we are:

Fall Line Kitchen and Cocktails is a high-volume establishment in the heart of Vail Village. Since inception, we have grown as a team who provides personable service and strives for an experience of friendliness and belonging with both guests and staff.

Who we are looking for:

We are in search of an assistant restaurant manager who has at least two years of management experience. A friendly leader who is a knowledgeable and efficient multitasker would be a top candidate to join our team.

These are the requirements for the position:

- Must be able to work full-time including holidays

- Must have 2+ years of management experience (fine dining is preferred)

- Extensive food and wine knowledge (wine certifications are preferred)

- Able to communicate with dignity and respect to all staff and guests

- Able to work well with others in a confined area

- Friendly, neat, organized

- Professional and enthusiastic

- Able to work ten hour-plus shifts plus ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods oftime

- Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs as needed

- Must possess hearing, visual and sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency

situations
